What’s the difference between a corporate headshot and a personal branding shoot?
A corporate headshot is typically a clean, professional portrait used for company websites, press materials, internal comms or LinkedIn. A personal branding shoot goes much more in-depth, covering a range of images that tell the wider story of you and your business, including how you work, behind the scenes and your personality.
If you’re a founder or entrepreneur, a brand shoot will give you a much wider range of images to work with in your marketing.

How long does a headshot session take?
Individual sessions typically take between 15-90 minutes depending on the package and your requirements. For office team headshots I’ll agree a schedule with you in advance so you can plan your day around it.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. I bring all the equipment needed to set up a professional headshot studio in your workplace, including lighting and backdrops. I can work in most spaces, including rooms without natural light.
How many images will each person receive?
Depending on your package, you can expect to receive 3 to 10 professionally edited images.
All my images are professionally edited and standard retouching is included. I aim for natural, polished results rather than heavy retouching.
Can we use the headshots on LinkedIn, our website and in press materials?
Yes. Standard commercial usage rights are included. I’ll send you my business T&Cs to look over at the time of booking.
We have a large team. Can you photograph everyone in one day?
Depending on your team size, yes. I’ll work with you to plan a schedule that gets everyone done efficiently. For very large teams, a second photographer can be brought in to speed things up, or I might look to split it over two days to allow for staff absence.

Can I use AI to generate my corporate headshots?
There’s something unsettling about AI generated imagery that lends itself to eroding trust in you as a professional. We are only just starting to understand the potential harms that these kinds of images can do to your real-life self image and confidence.
