The pre-shoot consultation, bespoke planning process and mood board are included in every package as standard. My aim is to deliver not just beautiful images but a complete visibility toolkit you can use to show up confidently and consistently online.

Before your photoshoot
First up, get in touch!
I’ll give you a call over zoom to get to know you and your business better and I’ll talk you through which package suits you best. I offer three main brand photography packages which cover most business needs, and bespoke quotes for larger organisations.
We’ll have a full planning consultation call to dig into your brand, your audience, your goals and the specific images you need. The more I understand about your business and your goals, the more precisely I can tailor your images to represent your brand and drive results. Think of this stage as a proper creative briefing designed to make sure we don’t miss anything on the day and get the most out of our time together.
As part of the planning process you’ll receive:
A full planning consultation call over zoom to strategise your photography
A personalised mood board tailored to your brand aesthetic
A bespoke shot list built around your priority images and business goals
Location recommendations across London to suit your vibe and budget
A props and outfits guide specific to your brand, locations and brief
A full brief for anyone else involved in your shoot so everyone arrives prepared
On the day
My brand shoots typically last between 1 and 3 hours depending on your package. For 3 hour shoots we can work across multiple locations, outfits and looks to give you the maximum variety in your brand image library. We can plan ahead for different campaigns, launches, a rebrand or website refresh or produce seasonal images ahead of time.
I provide gentle guidance and direction throughout your photoshoot so you always know what to do and where to put your hands. Most of my clients tell me they arrived nervous and left wondering why they’d been putting it off for so long!
My headshot sessions are efficient, relaxed and designed to get you brilliant results without taking up your whole day. For corporate or team headshots, I’ll bring my studio set up complete with lights and backdrops to your office or business premises, and I’ll help you to make sure your team feels prepared as well.
After your shoot
You’ll receive a private online gallery within 2 weeks for my brand shoots, or as quickly as the next business day for headshots. All my images are delivered in high-resolution ready for printing and web-friendly versions ready to use online immediately.
Depending on your package, your delivery may also include:
A tailored visual strategy outlining how to implement your images for maximum impact
A promotional showreel of your brand images
Short b-roll video clips and behind the scenes footage for social media
A 30-day social media content calendar for using your images strategically
Branded graphics of your images ready to use online
Strategic content creation including Instagram reels and carousels
Your images are edited in my signature style, natural, bright and warm and I’ll always let you know exact turnaround times at the point of booking.
I include standard editing in my packages, which includes adjusting the light, colour balance, contrast and saturation of your images, plus minor removal of distractions such as bobbles on jumpers or loose threads on clothing.
More in depth or volume of image retouching is available at an additional fee per image.
